Cherie KaganCherie is Associate Professor in Penn’s departments of Departments of Electrical and Systems Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, and Chemistry, and founding co-Director of Pennergy: The Penn Center for Energy Innovation. Her research is focused on studying the chemical and physical properties of molecular and nanostructured assemblies and thin films and their integration in electronic and optoelectronic devices.

 

Andrew RappeAndrew is Professor of Chemistry and Professor of Materials Science and Engineering at Penn and founding co-Director of Pennergy: The Penn Center for Energy Innovation. His current research interests revolve around ferroelectric phase transitions in oxides, surface chemistry and catalysis of complex oxides, and the interplay between the two.
